mk16 Terms & Conditions — User Agreement for Philippine Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the mk16 website (mk16.cam), creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or using any mk16 service, you ("the Player," "you," "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using mk16 services and close your account if one has been created.

mk16 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of mk16 services following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to remain informed of current Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates the most recent revision.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for an mk16 account or use any mk16 service. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines. By registering, you affirm that you meet this age requirement and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

mk16 services are available exclusively to individuals physically located within the territorial boundaries of the Republic of the Philippines at the time of account access and gameplay. Players accessing mk16 from outside the Philippines, whether through VPN, proxy, or other location-masking technology, are in violation of these Terms and subject to immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 Account Registration Process

To create an mk16 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You must verify your email and phone number as part of the registration process. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each person is permitted to maintain exactly one (1) mk16 account. Opening multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using names, addresses, email addresses, or payment methods belonging to others, is strictly prohibited. mk16 employs automated systems and manual reviews to detect duplicate accounts. If multiple accounts are identified, all such accounts will be suspended, deposits may be forfeited, and any winnings will be voided.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mk16 login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account is deemed to be conducted by you, and you bear full responsibility for such activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify mk16 immediately via live chat or email.

3. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Identity Verification

mk16 is required by PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) laws to verify the identity of all players. Before processing your first withdrawal, and at any time thereafter at mk16's discretion, you will be required to submit documentary proof of identity, age, and residential address. Acceptable documents include:

• Philippine government-issued identification card (National ID, Driver's License, Passport, UMID, SSS ID, Postal ID)
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, government correspondence)
• For electronic payment methods (GCash, Maya), proof of ownership (screenshot showing account name and registered mobile number)

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within fourteen (14) days of request may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. Documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered. mk16 reserves the right to reject unclear or suspicious documents and request alternative verification.

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mk16 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank), 7-Eleven over-the-counter cash deposit, and cryptocurrency (USDT). All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.

4.2 Deposit Processing

GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your mk16 account balance instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfers and 7-Eleven cash deposits may take up to two (2) hours to reflect in your account during banking hours, and up to twenty-four (24) hours outside banking hours. Cryptocurrency deposits require blockchain confirmation and typically process within 10-30 minutes.

4.3 Deposit Source Verification

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits (payments made from an account not in your name) are strictly prohibited. If mk16 identifies a third-party deposit, the deposited amount will be returned to the source account, and your mk16 account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.4 Deposit Non-Refundability

Once a deposit is credited to your mk16 account balance and used to place any bet or wager, that deposit is non-refundable. Deposits may only be returned in cases of technical error, duplicate processing, or where mk16 determines the deposit was made in violation of these Terms.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

To request a withdrawal, navigate to the Cashier section of your mk16 account, select Withdrawal, choose your preferred withdrawal method, and enter the amount you wish to withdraw. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Maximum withdrawal limits apply based on your account verification level and withdrawal method.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Verified accounts with completed KYC documentation can expect the following withdrawal processing times:

• GCash: Under 30 minutes, 24/7
• Maya: Under 30 minutes, 24/7
• Bank Transfer: 1-3 business days
• Cryptocurrency (USDT): 30 minutes to 2 hours, subject to blockchain confirmation

First-time withdrawals may take longer due to additional identity verification and security review. mk16 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time.

5.3 Withdrawal Method Requirements

Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own legal name. You cannot withdraw to a third-party account. For GCash and Maya, the registered mobile number must match the number used to verify your mk16 account. For bank transfers, the bank account name must exactly match the name on your mk16 account and KYC documents.

5.4 Wagering Requirements

To prevent money laundering, all deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal is permitted. For example, if you deposit ₱1,000 and do not accept any bonus, you must place at least ₱1,000 in total bets before requesting withdrawal. Bonus funds carry specific wagering requirements detailed in the bonus terms, typically ranging from 10x to 40x depending on the promotion.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

mk16 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. Each promotion is governed by specific terms and conditions published on the mk16 promotions page at the time the offer is made available. Bonus terms include wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, time restrictions, and withdrawal caps.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, colluding with other players, employing betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., opposite betting in roulette), or any other activity deemed by mk16 to constitute abuse of promotional offers, is strictly prohibited. Players found engaging in bonus abuse forfeit all bonus funds, associated winnings, and may have their accounts permanently closed.

6.3 Bonus Withdrawal Restrictions

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements are met. Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to maximum withdrawal caps as specified in the promotion terms. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings.

7. Game Rules and Conduct

7.1 Game Rules

Each game available on mk16 is governed by specific rules, which can be accessed within the game interface or on the mk16 website. Players are responsible for understanding the rules, paytables, and mechanics of any game before placing bets. mk16 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from player misunderstanding of game rules.

7.2 Fair Play

mk16 employs certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure all game outcomes are fair and unpredictable. Players are prohibited from using any software, bot, script, or automated system to place bets or play games. Players are prohibited from colluding with other players or exploiting game malfunctions or software errors for advantage.

7.3 Technical Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, incorrect payout, or technical issue, mk16 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. This includes situations where game results are displayed incorrectly or payouts are calculated incorrectly due to technical error. Players must report suspected technical issues immediately via live chat.

7.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mk16:

• Collusion or coordination with other players to gain unfair advantage
• Arbitrage betting or exploiting odds discrepancies between platforms
• Use of bots, automated software, or third-party tools to place bets
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities or bugs for financial gain
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access mk16 source code
• Using VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Money laundering or using mk16 services for any illegal purpose

Violation of any prohibited activity results in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

mk16 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines. All players must be 21 years or older. Players experiencing gambling-related harm are encouraged to utilise mk16's responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion options. Self-exclusion periods can be set for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to log in, deposit, or play. mk16 will not send promotional communications during self-exclusion. 9. Account Suspension and Termination

mk16 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if mk16 reasonably believes you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, used prohibited software, or otherwise acted in a manner harmful to mk16 or other players. Upon suspension or termination, any pending bets will be settled according to their outcome, and any remaining account balance (excluding forfeited funds) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method after deduction of any amounts owed to mk16.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting mk16 support. Voluntary closure does not exempt you from any obligations incurred prior to closure, including outstanding wagering requirements or liabilities.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

mk16 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and PAGCOR requirements. Personal data includes information provided during registration, transaction history, gameplay activity, and communications with mk16 support. This data is used to operate mk16 services, verify identity, process transactions, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

mk16 does not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required to operate mk16 services and comply with applicable law. 11. Limitation of Liability

mk16, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of mk16 services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if mk16 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

mk16's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or use of mk16 services shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your mk16 account during the six (6) months preceding the claim, or ₱10,000, whichever is lower.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or use of mk16 services shall first be addressed through mk16's internal complaints procedure. Players may submit complaints to mk16 customer support via live chat or email. mk16 will respond to complaints within seven (7) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through mk16's complaints procedure, either party may submit the dispute to PAGCOR for mediation. PAGCOR's decision shall be binding on both parties. As a last resort, disputes may be submitted to the appropriate Philippine courts having jurisdiction over mk16's registered business address.

13. Miscellaneous Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with mk16's Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and mk16 regarding use of mk16 services, and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings, whether oral or written.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.3 No Waiver

mk16's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or mk16's right to enforce it in the future. Any waiver of a provision must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of mk16.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without mk16's prior written consent. mk16 may assign, transfer, or delegate its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without your consent.
